Exchanges and Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return. any sale item will be only exchanged with the costumer paying the shipping fees of the returned item with a charge of 20 AED. Items in the clearance sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
international orders will have a return fee on each item
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@shopfashionist.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For non-returnable items is underwear only as we do not have any of the items listed anymore.
Items in the clearance sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.

CARD PAYMENTS & TABBY PAY:
For Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 5 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Cash Payments (Cash on Delivery) & Store Credit :
We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (Cash on Delivery). For Cash on delivery orders, you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 5 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.
SALE ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size. Items in the clearance sale section cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by the costumer.
For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 5 days of date shown on the dispatch note.
International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to our Hello@shopfashionist.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED20 is applicable.
For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So, if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
PROCESSING TIME:
We process all of our returns within 5 days of receiving the item(s).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
